Vicky is an experienced operational manager who started her career after university in financial Operations Management, gaining experience in both privately owned organisations & corporate institutes such as Barclays Bank and RSA insurance before moving into healthcare 8 years ago.
Before joining Diaverum, Vicky gained extensive healthcare experience managing complex multi-site services providing Prosthetic, Orthotic & Wheelchair provision in partnership with the NHS. Her passion is to drive continuous improvement for her NHS partners whilst also focusing on delivering an excellent patient experience.
Vicky studied at UCLAN, gaining a B.s.c in Psychology.
