Dawn joined Diaverum in 2005 and has over 25 years’ experience in renal nursing both in the private and public sector.
She has also been involved in the development and management of dialysis centres in the UK.
As Director of Nursing Dawn is responsible for leading our drive for continual improvement to clinical and patient outcomes, through the development and implementation of clinical protocols, training and competency management of our clinical teams, and audit of practice.
Dawn is a nursing graduate with postgraduate courses in renal care and research, management and leadership courses. Over the years, Dawn has gained international working experience having worked in various roles in South Africa, New Zealand and the Middle East.
